Building of Reginald Alan Washington Avenue

There was no access to the compound in the beginning. Trucks could not deliver building materials because of the heavy brush. The workers cut branches by hand make way for vehicles. It was labor intensive and slow going. I had to stop construction and divert money to build a road.

 There was no road that would allow supplies onto the building site. Money had to be taken from construction to hire a road crew to build an access road.
